Q: Do the baos come frozen or steamed?
A: Right now, the baos are frozen when we deliver them/ when you pick them up. They steam up perfectly from the freezer.
Q: What are the steaming instructions?
A: Steam directly from the freezer, for 10-15 minutes or until soft and fluffy.
Q: How long can I keep the baos?
A: In the fridge, about 5-7 days. In the freezer, about 25-30 days.
Q: What are your opening hours for pick-up?
A: Monday-Weds, Fri-Sat, 12-5PM
Closed on Thursday, Sunday and public holidays.
Q: What are your delivery options?
A: Delivery is complimentary for orders above $60. There will be a $8 delivery charge for orders under $60.
Q: I found myself in the Chinatown area, can I pop by and buy some baos?
A: Yes, you can come by our collection point at People’s Park Complex 04-61 and purchase directly if we have ready stock. You can also order online at www.baonow.sg or via WhatsApp 89238039.
